Cost Consultancy

We provide cost consultancy for building services works.

Our cost calculations are based on a three-step process consisting of Concept Stage Cost Plans, Developed Stage Cost Plans and finally Tender Stage Cost Plans.

The granularity of the cost estimates increases as we go through these stages.

Our cost calculations are based on actual costs for the detailed design stages rather than rates based.

Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD)

Environmentally Sustainable Design has long been one of our core principals. We are fortunate that, being Building Services Engineers, we are able to apply the best design practices to achieve ESD outcomes. .

Electrical

We provide the design, documentation and project management of Electrical Services, Telecommunication Services, Structured Cabling Systems, MATV Systems, Security and Access Control Systems and Facilities Management Systems for the built environment.

Fire Protection

We provide the design, documentation and project management of Fire Protection systems including detection systems, hydrants and sprinkler systems as required by local and international standards.

We have developed the capability in-house to design and develop performance specifications for fire sprinkler systems to a high level of detail

Energy Audits and Code Compliance Audits

We provide detailed Energy Audits and Code Compliance Audits for any type of built environment. We have the necessary expertise and instrumentation tools to carry out testing, measurements, analysis and recommendations for Energy Usage and consumption.

Our Energy Audit work is carried out in compliance to the AS 3598 suite of standards.

Loss Adjustment Reports & Fire Incident Reports

We provide reports for loss adjusters, insurance companies and clients to assist with insurance claims and Fire incident reports.

Mechanical

We provide the design, documentation and project management of Air-Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration Engineering Services for the built environment.

Hydraulics

We provide the design, documentation and project management of Hydraulics Services including water supply systems and waste water systems within the built environment.

Automation & Control Systems Engineering

Our services and expertise in Automation Systems are based on the many projects carried out by our automation engineers.

We provide the concept design, control logic specification, detailed design, detailed logic programming, equipment selection, system integration, testing and final commissioning of both building automation and industrial automation systems.

Security & Surveillance Systems

We provide the design, documentation and project management of elecrtonic security, surveillance and access control systems.

Renewable Energy Systems

We provide the design, documentation and project management of renewable energy systems including Solar Photo-Voltaic grid-tied and off-grid systems including battery energy storage.

We have the expertise and tools to develop precise designs for roof top and ground mounted solar PV systems including mega-watt scale systems.

CAD TEAM

Our CAD documentation team is adept at producing detailed, coordinated 2D & 3D Engineering documentation. The CAD team places particular emphasis on coordination between disciplines, buildability & readability of documentation. Our philosophy with documentation is that the CAD documents must “read like a book”.

PROJECT TEAM

Our project managers are experienced engineers and technicians who are equipped with the tools and our special in-house processes to ensure the construction is regularly monitored, tested, recorded and verified for performance to design intent.
