Edison Consultants have worked on a number of commercial kitchen type facilities, including full design of building services for some of these facilities. These facilities are incorporated into hotel-resort facilities,  supermarket and some are standalone facilities.

These facilities are complex in terms of all building services located into a confined space with health, safety, hygiene and food grade considerations. We have employed food grade fittings, finishes and included specialized air and odour management systems.
