Edison Consultants was engaged to provide building services engineering consultancy for this project. Our services included the design, documentation and project management of Mechanical (HVAC) and related services including Electrical Services and Control Systems for the major upgrade of the chilled water plant.

The existing chilled water plant was completely redesigned and also relocated so that the new cooling towers were left on the rooftop platform of this 9 storey building. A new enclosed chilled water plant room with 2 new chillers and 2 relocated chillers was designed along with associated piping, electrical and control works.

Regular site inspections, testing, commissioning, and technical support were provided throughout the project’s construction.
